Yong Zhao, MD., PhD.

CEO and President

Dr. Zhao is an internationally-acclaimed scientist and doctor who specializes in immunology and stem cell biology. He is the first scientist to discover the CB-SC stem cells and is the inventor of Stem Cell Educator Therapy. He has held academic and professorship positions at Hackensack Meridian Health and the University of Illinois at Chicago. He holds 9 patents and 60 publications and received his post-doctoral training from the University of Chicago

Boris Veysman, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Veysman has been in clinical practice for 20 years. He received his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine and his undergraduate at Cornell University, and internship and residency at New York University/Bellevue Hospital Center. He received an award as Outstanding Physician of the Year 2013 from New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants. He has over 50 peer-reviewed publications.

Richard Fox, MD, JD

Pediatric Medical Director

Dr. Fox received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 1975 and his law degree from Santa Clara University in 2009. He is board-certified in Pediatrics and board-eligible in both Pediatric Critical Care Medicine and Pediatric Pulmonology. He has held faculty positions at the University of Colorado and Harvard Medical School. He has published 24 peer-reviewed original scientific papers and numerous abstracts and case reports.

Robin Ross, MD, MPH, CPH

Director of Ophthalmology

Dr.Ross was born in California and attended Stanford University on scholarship. She received her medical degree from Cornell University Medical College in New York. Dr. Ross specializes in ophthalmology with a subspecialty in retina and vitreous disorders; she has been an accomplished, board-certified surgeon for 25 years. She came to University of Arizona in 2018.  Her private practice, Global Retina Institute, is focused on personalized eye care.  She has 23 peer-reviewed scientific publications.

Brenda Ross

Senior VP Strategic Growth & Development

Brenda Ross is a Global visionary with over 25 years of experience as a Business Executive.  Together with her husband Mike, they pioneered critical infrastructure through the telecom industry both nationally and internationally.  Brenda is the owner of one of the largest telephony/telecom construction companies in the U.S. She is also an Ordained Minister. She helps Throne establish the 1st Outpatient Clinic in Paramus, New Jersey.

Gerald Ostrov, MBA

Board Director

Mr. Ostrov had first-hand experience of the efficacy of Throne’s technology through the treatment of his 13 year old grandson for type 1 diabetes. He was the former Company Group Chairman of Johnson & Johnson’s North America Consumer and Personal Care businesses. He was also the President of CIBA Consumer Pharmaceutical (now Novartis), Company Group Chairman for Johnson & Johnson’s Worldwide Vision Care businesses, and Chairman and CEO of Bausch and Lomb. He received his MBA from Harvard University.

Lee Dudka, PhD

Board Director

Dr. Dudka has been a lifelong healthcare industry veteran including roles as an executive strategy consultant for Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, & Pfizer. He was a fellow at the National Institute of Health and was the President of American College of Neuropsychopharmacology. He was a Professor at Princeton, Rutgers, and State University of New York. His expertise is in full operations-to-market drug launches, HIT and healthcare reengineering. He holds a PhD from Princeton University.
